The new pet clinic set is ready ! With this collection, youвЂ™ll be able to build a complete vet clinic with all the items fonctionnal in a prettier style ! All items are available in range of 7 color swatches, with a mix a white and wood, black and wood and 4 pastel color block. The Calder mobile is spinning, and available for all three heights.Written book item is also available with simlish swatches.There are also some new plants (yay !), clutter, rug and art and a вЂњcheeseвЂќ coffee table that we made during my previous livestream on twitch. I made assorted loveseat, armchair and ottoman chair and created 8 different color swatches with white, grey, black, light and navy blue, green, mustard yellow and pink beige. This started around the sofa that was inspired by a picture I found while creating my spa set.

All stairs are available for all wall heigts and in various swatches where I tried to cover all the style to make them versatiles ! They work like the elevators: sims wonвЂ™t be animated while climbing up the stairs but they will get teleported above and below and can use them completely autonomously. Basically, you will get four different staircases where top and bottom are separated. I finally made (semi) functional spiral staircases, and once again itвЂ™s thanks to amazing coding.

Gazebo, fabric, lights and hanged items are available in short and medium version.Everything is low poly, except for the top fabric and plants which are a little higher but still reasonable.YouвЂ™ll also get some hanged table and swing chairs to set a small dining area, and some square/triangle low bushes with grass, weeds and daisies to fill your garden ! Hope youвЂ™ll like it ! So I made a gazebo with fabric to put on top and light garland to place around the pillars. When I was doing my spa set, I had this idea for a ground bathtub but then decided to create in a separated set, where I would be able to add more decoration around it.
